Kabinet AI is an AI Organization Operating System. It lets you build a full AI-powered executive team — CEO, CMO, CFO, department heads, and more — that executes missions, generates plans, and produces real business deliverables. It's for founders, executives, and operators who want AI to do meaningful work, not just answer questions.

Your AI CEO is the strategic brain of your AI organization. It reads your mission, understands your current capabilities, runs a gap analysis to identify what's missing, then generates a full execution plan — broken into departments, tasks, and deliverables. It also proposes new roles, monitors progress, and surfaces insights through the Command Room.

AI departments are organizational units — like Marketing, Finance, or Engineering. Each department contains AI roles (e.g. VP of Marketing, Lead Analyst). Every role has a defined persona, responsibilities, and output type. When a task is assigned, the right AI role executes it in character.

You create a mission by describing what you want to achieve — e.g. "Launch our product in the US market by Q3." The AI CEO runs a gap analysis to see what capabilities you have vs. what the mission needs. Then it generates a full master plan with phases, tasks, and assignments. You approve the plan and execution begins.

A gap analysis compares your mission's requirements against your current AI organization's capabilities. It identifies what roles, departments, or processes are missing and proposes solutions — like creating new AI roles or restructuring departments — before generating the execution plan.

Every time an AI role executes a task — writing a report, analyzing data, drafting a plan, creating content — that counts as one AI task. Your monthly quota resets on your billing date. You can track your usage in real-time from the Analytics dashboard. Add-ons let you buy more tasks at any time.

Active tasks are paused until you either upgrade your plan or purchase a task add-on. You'll get an in-app notification and email warning when you reach 80% of your limit so you're never caught off guard. No tasks are lost — they resume the moment your quota is restored.

Yes. From the Admin panel, you can purchase add-on task bundles (2,000 tasks for $19/mo each) at any time. You can stack as many as you need. This is ideal for Starter and Growth users who have occasional spikes in activity.

Business Memory is your AI organization's long-term knowledge store. Every approved output — reports, strategies, analyses — is automatically distilled into memory items. Future tasks can draw on this knowledge, making your AI team smarter over time. It's the difference between an AI that starts from scratch every time and one that learns your business.

Each plan includes a defined number of memory items (from 500 on Starter to unlimited on Business). When you approach the limit, older, lower-priority items may be archived. You can purchase Memory Expansion add-ons (5,000 items for $9/mo) from any plan, or upgrade to get a larger baseline.

Before any AI plan activates or high-risk task executes, it passes through your Approvals queue. You review, approve, or reject — keeping humans in control of every major decision. You can configure approval thresholds in settings: require approval for all tasks, only high-risk ones, or none at all.

The Output Vault is where all deliverables produced by your AI roles are stored. Every report, strategy document, analysis, or piece of content created by your AI team lands here for your review. You can accept, reject, or send it back for revision. Accepted outputs automatically feed into Business Memory.

Evaluations let you A/B test different AI roles or approaches for the same task type. Run two versions head-to-head and see which produces better outputs based on your criteria. It's how you continuously improve your AI organization's performance without manual guesswork.

The Dependency Engine maps relationships between tasks across missions — so the AI CEO knows that Task B can't start until Task A is complete, or that two tasks share a critical resource. This enables complex, multi-step project orchestration without you having to manage dependencies manually.

When multiple tasks are queued for execution, Priority Execution moves yours to the front of the line — ensuring your AI org gets the fastest possible turnaround. It's included in Pro and Business, and available as an add-on for Starter and Growth.

Yes — every new organization starts with a free trial that gives you full access to Starter features. No credit card required. You can explore the AI CEO, create missions, run gap analyses, and see execution in action before committing to a plan.

Plans are billed monthly or annually (annual saves ~17%). You can cancel at any time from the Admin → Billing panel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no lock-in.

Yes, at any time from Admin → Billing. Upgrading is instant — you get access to all new features immediately, and billing is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your current usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you'll be prompted to reduce before the switch takes effect.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices with regular audits. Your mission data, outputs, and business memory are never used to train AI models. Business plan users also get SOC 2 compliance documentation on request.

You can export all your data — missions, outputs, memory, audit logs — from Admin → Data Export before cancelling. After your plan expires, your data is retained for 30 days in a read-only state, then permanently deleted. We'll remind you by email before deletion occurs.
